The idea behind Maria Bonita was born more than 15 years ago, based on the lack of food products from Latin America in the United States. Faustino Larios, better known as «Tino» in the New York area, has a vast background with different companies related to the distribution of food products.

With more than 20 years of experience, Tino decided to start a family project, which became Maria Bonita, to introduce these products to the United States. Today, Maria Bonita is a direct importer of a variety of Latin American products in North East United States and is expanding to other areas.
